What does trained on your own data mean?

It does not mean a model was rebuilt around your business. It means the chat is only allowed to answer from your material. When a visitor asks something, the chat looks up the passages of your pages or documents that fit, writes an answer from those passages, and shows nothing it did not find there. If your material does not cover the question, the chat says so instead of guessing. That one rule is what keeps it from inventing prices, opening hours or policy.

How do you put it on your website?

1. Create the chat, then add your website address or files.
2. Try it yourself in the dashboard.
3. When you are happy, share the chat link, or set the one website domain allowed to embed it and paste the embed snippet on your site.
4. The domain lock means nobody else can embed your chat on their pages.

How do visitors use it?

Visitors need no account. They open the chat from a link you share or from the widget on your site, ask in plain words, and get an answer from your material. The conversation remembers what was said earlier in the session, so a follow-up question works. You set the greeting, the assistant's instructions, how many messages a conversation may have, how many conversations a visitor may start in a day, and a pause switch for when you want it off.

What can you feed it?

Two ways, and you can use both.

Will it make things up?

Its answers come from your pages and files, and it declines what they do not cover. That is a design choice, not a setting you have to find. If the honest answer is "that is not in my material", the visitor hears that, and you know to add a page.
